How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Text STOP: Reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us
  • Call Us: Contact our salon at (253) 301-2823 to opt-out
  • Email Us: Send an email to info@groomingdalesfurever.com requesting to be removed from SMS communications

Message Frequency and Timing

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Typically, you'll receive 1-3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and completion notification)
  • Timing: Appointment confirmation messages are sent immediately upon booking. All other messages (reminders, completion notifications, etc.) are generally sent during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Saturday)
  • Reminders: Appointment reminders are typically sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Sarah's Groomingdale's Pet Salon is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with most major carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact us.

Privacy and Data Protection
